Prepare materials for collaborative work by combining images, PDF files, and web pages into a single online whiteboard. You can easily organize pages, change their order, and create a ready-to-use board for studying, a meeting, or team collaboration.
To combine different files into one board, follow the steps below:
- Open the page prepare materials.
- Drag and drop images, PDF files, or paste a link (URL) to a web page. You can also use the "Browse..." button to select files directly from your disk.
- If you have the Draw.Chat app installed, you can use the system “Share…” option to quickly add files from other apps.
- After adding files, you can split PDF documents into pages, change their order, delete unnecessary pages, and add new ones from other files.
- When the materials are ready, click "Create board" to upload the files and open them together on a new online board.
