Saving the board and exporting to PDF format
You can save the board to a file along with all its pages.
To save the entire document to a PDF file, click the Download button , and then select one of the formats in which you want to save the entire document:
- Choose PDF format to save the board along with all its pages. If an image or a PDF page is set as the page background, the exported page will be limited to the size of the background.
- Choose JSON format to save the board along with all its pages and change history. Such saved board can be used as a template for new boards.
To save a single (active) page, click the Download button, and then select one of the options:
- PNG, to save the page as a PNG image
- Clipboard, to copy the page as an image to the clipboard
- Print, to print the page
