By using Draw.Chat, you accept these terms of use as well as the applicable privacy and cookie policies. Before getting started, please review the full terms so you know how to use the online drawing and collaboration tool safely. Draw.Chat does not store users’ personal data and does not require login; however, remember that any content sent or shared via boards is visible to the other people you share it with. General
What do we store on our servers?
Usernames, drafts and chat history, shared images and files, timestamps, IP addresses, browser-identifying data, user session numbers, and email addresses—if provided voluntarily. We also store diagnostic data (e.g., errors, server logs) to improve the stability and security of the service.
The administrator has technical access to uploaded content and may view it as part of providing the service (e.g., for abuse reports, security issues, legal obligations).
What do we store in your browser?
User profile and settings, cached files and drafts, cookies, and other data that can identify the user’s browser. You can install this site as an app (PWA). All saved data can be easily removed by clearing site data or the browser cache.
What is transmitted directly between users?
Direct (P2P) connections containing IP addresses, audio-video streams from a camera or desktop, and files sent via chat are encrypted between participants. IP addresses may be visible to other participants and to intermediary servers. All chat participants have access to content that is actively being shared.
Shared images and files
Shared images and files on boards are stored on Draw.Chat servers and may be automatically deleted 31+ days after the last access. Each file is available under a unique, hard-to-guess URL. Files and images may be removed or blocked without warning in the event of a violation of the terms or the law.

- Draw.Chat does not claim any rights to shared files.
- Draw.Chat does not share uploaded files with people who do not know their URL.
- Links to images, documents, and boards are marked as
noindex, nofollowfor indexing bots. The user bears full responsibility for to whom and where they share links. - Draw.Chat does not guarantee permanent file storage or continuous availability. Files may be deleted at any time, e.g., for maintenance or security purposes.
What must not be uploaded to Draw.Chat servers
- Content containing personal data or information that makes it possible to identify third parties.
- Images or materials for which the user does not hold the copyright or a license to share.
- Content containing violence, hatred, racial intolerance, or that insults any person, group, or organization.
- Any materials that are unlawful under EU or US law.
- Adult images and materials.
If you are not sure whether the content you want to upload is permitted, do not upload it. Uploaded files may be reviewed by staff and removed without warning.
The user bears full responsibility for the content they upload or share with others. The administrator is not the controller of personal data contained in uploaded files and is not responsible for the consequences of its disclosure.
Ads
Draw.Chat is a free service supported by advertising revenue. We make every effort to ensure that ads are not intrusive and do not disrupt use of the site.
Analytics
Draw.Chat collects anonymous statistical data and events (e.g., number of sessions, errors, usage time) solely for technical and development purposes. We do not build user profiles or use data for direct marketing.
Third parties integrated with the site

- Google – ads, analytics, push notifications, and site management.
- Sentry – error analytics and debugging.
- YouTube, Twitch – embedded video players.
- OpenStreetMap, Google Maps – map data.
- Microsoft Clarity – anonymous analysis of user interactions.
Liability
The user is fully responsible for the content they upload or share. The administrator is not liable for data loss, damage resulting from unauthorized third-party access, or the operation of external services and ads. Draw.Chat reserves the right to restrict or block access for a user who violates these terms.
